The Service and its original content, including all course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and the unique concepts and terminology such as "The Sovereign Closer Protocol," "Sovereign Closer OS," "Somatic Performance Dashboard," "The 5-Step Unlocking Sequence," and "The Pre-Call Freeze" (the "Content"), are and will remain the exclusive property of Zenith Synapse LLC. The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our Content may not be used, copied, reproduced, or distributed without the prior written consent of Zenith Synapse LLC.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. You agree to resolve any dispute you have with us through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, and you waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
