This document governs your use of "The Sovereign Closer Protocol" (the "Service"). Please read it in its entirety. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your full acceptance of and compliance with this Disclaimer.

Refund Policy

We offer a conditional, action-based 14-day guarantee known as the "Find The Release Point Or You Don't Pay" Guarantee. We require your dedicated participation to achieve results.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Timeframe: Your refund request must be submitted via email to legal@theunlockprotocol.com within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.
  2. Proof of Participation: You must submit documentary proof that you have completed all modules and related work assigned within the first 14 days of the Service. This proof must include, at a minimum:
    • Clear screenshots of your completed daily logs within the Co-Pilot AI™ interface for the 14-day period.
    • Clear screenshots from your Teachable dashboard showing your progress and completion of all relevant course modules assigned within that timeframe.
  3. Review: Once we receive your request and documentation, we will review it to ensure all conditions have been met. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion based on adherence to these terms.

After the 14-day conditional guarantee period has expired, all sales are considered final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason. By purchasing the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
